Linda is a contemporary ceramics artist living and working on the Dingle Peninsula. She returned here as soon as her formal Arts education was completed in Limerick School of Art and Design. The environment of West Kerry, in particular the Dingle Peninsula, inspires the ceramic art that she creates. The dim lights burning inside these pieces reflects on the images, inscriptions, my thoughts, prayers and poems inspired by the Dingle Peninsula.

Each individual piece is hand made using slabs of clay. The text is inscribed onto sheets of porcelain paper clay using a pin and oxides.
Each piece is bisque fired, then glazed and fired to approximately 1260 degrees.
